The site is a project of Met Art and produced by the same team, but it's not part of the Met Art site itself. This is a new, stand-alone subscription that has a focused interest in making things more explicit and hardcore without losing the sensuality and artistic nuances. Sex Art tries to combine sex and art in ways you haven't seen before, and they do quite well at achieving that. Essentially they are making a hybrid of erotica and hardcore porn in their explicit galleries and videos, which contain everything from solo masturbation to lesbian or hardcore sex. They don't give up the art or sensuality that distinguishes erotica from other types of online porn, though. The site is new in 2012 and was just launched by Met Art at the time of our visit.
The site is very neat and tidy, with a clean, easy to follow layout. There are no search tools, but they have a logical layout for taking you through the models, galleries, recent updates, or specific series or movies they have published to the members area. As the site grows they will need to add a search filter or similar tool, but right now the layout works quite well for the size of the library.
Sex Art is new and not that large yet in 2012 (the time of our visit) but that is only a temporary thing. Updates are coming regularly, and besides the most interesting thing about this site is its porn. They say it's the only site of its kind - merging erotica and more explicit sex and hardcore - and while that isn't strictly true they do deliver an end product of videos and galleries that are hard to find the equals of in likeminded sites. For surfers who demand quality and don't want to give up the sensuality of erotica, the mix of softcore, lesbian and hardcore videos and galleries at Sex Art will be the perfect match.
